Title: Updating Plugins does not work ?

I've just downloaded MJ8300. I noticed that the version number of some plug ins are much lower that the one's on the webpages. So i've installed them again, but the were not updated. For example the CD Audio. In MJ it reports version 1.2 I unloaded it, restart MJ and installed version 2.0.29 from the website. After that, MJ still reports version 1.2
Am I doing something wrong ?

I believe those are two separate version numbers for the same thing. (don't ask why, because we don't have a good answer)

However, the latest CDA plugin (and most other plugins) always gets installed with an install of MJ 8.0, so you shouldn't have to dig around on the plugins page.
