Title: Multiple Album Entries

Since upgrading from around MC 13 I have had an issue where by around 5% of albums come up multiple times for each track. They all have the same album name and have seperate track numbers and track names. Having a 16 track album show up as 16 albums is annoying as hell. Anyone know a solution to this?

OK found the reason for this and am seeking a solution I can use within MC. I rip my music using EAC and on some multiple artist album it seems to mark the album name as xxx by artist even though when using the tag function in MC it shows all albums as having the same album title. By clicking on an individual track though it will show xxx by artist. So for example

40 Greatest Ever Love Songs [Part 1]
Track 1 is Van Morrison - Brown Eyed Girl

the Tag for album shows correctly as '40 Greatest Ever Love Songs [Part 1]', however when I click on the Album is says '40 Greatest Ever Love Songs [Part 1] by Van Morrison'. Clearly each track then is being recognised by MC as a seperate album/artist combo despite having the same album tag.

Anyone have a solution? Can I retag in MC so that it removes the extended tag or some such or would this be considered an issue with MC itself that needs to be corrected?

I would check the album artist tag.
