I'm having some trouble installing my licence on MC15.
I've downloaded the latest version from the official jriver website, but I'm still getting this error message every time I try to install my licence.

I've altso tried to restore the licence using my registration code, and the result is still the same.
Perhaps it's time for some certain people to send me a new(and working) licence?
Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the problem. Try using copy and paste to enter the license, not typing it in.
Your license is for MC15. I've checked.
If you previously installed a build from another site, uninstall it.
Use IE to visit the Restore Page. More information here:

Other security software may sometimes cause a problem.

Tried copying in IE. I've even uninnstalled my firewall and ran system recovery to a time and date before the installation, but the result is still the same.
What should be my next move here???

Copy and paste?
Did you have older versions also?
Are you sure you're using MC15, not MC14?
When you first license MC, you'll get an Install Key that is good for 14 days. After that you must do a Restore.
Please read the link I provided.
Provide more complete details about the steps you take. Don't post your license.

I've just tested your license. It works as expected.
Go to the Restore Page and paste it there, then hit the button to finish.
With IE, you will see a yellow bar that you must click and choose download. Here's what it looks like:

Nope

Tried without any luck.

Tried to follow these steps https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi <- Didn't do me any good.
I don't know how I can be much more specific without telling my name, what I do, and post pictures of myself.
There should be a simple solution to this problem, seriously.

I've already tried that a couple of times. Didn't work in IE or Firefox.
I'm running W7 64 bit OS, if it has anything to say.

It's a very common OS here. No problems with it.
Step by step? What exactly are you doing?
This is likely to turn out to be another program causing problems. Pop up blocker, for example.

That's the Restore Page. I assume you used paste to enter your Registration Code (option 1).
On the next page, you'll see a series of letters and numbers. Read that page carefully. It provides an alternate right click method for obtaining the Install Key.
In IE, you would see the yellow bar. You click on it and choose Download.
What happens next? You should see a Windows security message. Picture below.
-
Yes I did use copy&paste.
Then I allowed the download when the yellow bar appeared, and I clicked "yes" when Windows asked me for permission to make changes on my system.
And then, voila! that darn "invalid code" message appeared.
-
I know this is frustrating for you and I'm sorry, but it is not normal. If you have another PC, you might try it there to see what you find.
Did you try saving the Install Key? (Where I said read carefully above.) Just save it anywhere and execute it from Explorer.
Do you have admin privileges? Windows 7 is demanding about this.
-
I've sent you an e-mail.
-
Looks like it's working now.

Please check your system date:
