I recently downloaded MJ14 running on XP Professional.
MJ14 does not recognize my old iPod 80GB.It keeps telling me “Device information cannot be retrieved. Please reboot your PC and retry.” I have tried Sync Handheld in the Action Window and Tools->Options->Handheld->Redetect All Devices.
Using Explorer I can see that my iPod has three folders: Calendars, Contacts, and Notes.
Could anybody tell me how to fix this problem?
