Title: AVI Files - NONE work

Any thoughts?  NONE of my avi files will play and only half will even import,

When I try to play I only get a black screen with a faint MC logo.

I have read through the wiki, but the options and setting it tells me to check dont exist in Settings.

Set Playback Method for the AVI file type back to Automatic, under Tools -> Options -> Video, if you changed it.

If you have a bunch of weird codecs and filter packs installed, remove them, reboot, and install CCCP.

Everything was already "automatic" but I reset them to the same.

This gave me sound!

Then I did the CCCP jobbie and now I have video.
