Some softwares like yours allows to normalize the volume of entire CD which is a great feature, however it doesn't have a "transition" feature which allows you to blend from one song to next.

Actually, you can, but there's a little leg work.
You need to "disk write" the files to disk. (that writes to disk instead of to the soundcard... allowing you to use MJ's DSP and cross-fading) ( Options -> Playback -> Mode )
Once you write the .wav files, just drag-n-drop them to your CD in MJ to burn the cross-faded audio CD.
Also, read about MJ's "Replay Gain" DSP in the help file if you want something even better than normalizing.

I think I have to read through what is offered. I'm not as computer savvy as most people, so I wasn't sure about your response. I'm assuming "normalizing" to mean having burning a CD from a list of various mp3s but at a steady volume, so I'm not sure how it can be done any better (unless it equalizes each song as well). Is there anywhere I can look up to find a step by step detail how I can cross fade from one song to another and burn?

Hey Bobby, first off, make sure you're using Media Jukebox 8.0 instead of 7.x. Then, maybe browse through the help file and the FAQ.
And normalizing doesn't really make songs sound the same volume. (10 songs normalized to 100% can have 10 very different apparent volumes) Media Jukebox 8.0 incorporates a far more sophisticated system to accomplish this -- Replay Gain.
