Hi guys,
- I highlight more than 100 tracks in my recently imported list
- I change a tag value correctly
- if I hit <ENTER> then, it asks me correctly if I want these changes
- if I hit <TAB> it swallows the value of the tag field and leaves it empty (!!) and moves on to the next field
if I do the same with less than 100 tracks it works correctly
thanks for checking and correcting soon
:)
PS: this problem exists since introduction of the new tagging scheme

I haven't been able to reproduce this by editing in the Tag Action Window or by in-place editing in the list.
When it asks me to confirm, I can tab between the buttons and then 'Enter' executes the button.
Are you using build 15.0.150 (or newer)?
Thanks.

Matt,
thanks for your hint, but it's NOT in the little OK window...
It's the tag data in the 'Tag Action Window'...
If you have less than 100 tracks marked and you change a tag value and you hit <TAB> instead of <ENTER> it fills in the data and jumps to the next field in the row... if it's OVER 100 tracks, the <TAB> button use at the end of a tag value leaves the tag field EMPTY and doesn't fill in the value and also doesn't ask for the OK, of course
did I make the situation a bit clearer?
ok, I try it again with version 150... but I didn't read any change of this since version 145... it's wrong in 145, since implementation of the new tagging scheme

Matt,
tested with version 150 and it is also WRONG...
Try it, it's easy... step by step...
1) mark 10 tracks in a imported list
2) click on one tag field in the tag action window
3) enter the value of the field... WITHOUT hitting <ENTER>
4) you see the right value in the input field of the tag field
5) you hit <TAB>
6) the value will be filled into the tag field and it moves on to the next field
CORRECT
you do the SAME with more than 100 tracks
then the field stays empty and the cursor moves to the next field
INCORRECT (it should ask for the permission to change more than 100 tracks, fill in the value upon OK and move on to the next field - but it just swallows the value and leaves the tag field empty)
hope that it is now understandable... :)
It would be VERY helpful if you could make this OK-question with more than 100 tracks switchable... people like me who make changes in thousands and thousands of tracks might find it annoying, always this OK question... or at least let someone set a checkmark and if that is set, all further tag fields in the same group will be automaticalle OK'd... it's simply a break in the workflow... thanks)
