Title: iRock 50

The plug-ins page says that iRock is supported via the mapped drive in both v7 and v8, however I see no mapped drive (I only see my Zip drive and CD-ROM).  Is there any trick to get an iRock 500 to work with Media Jukebox?  Has anyone got this to work?

TBone,

Does your iRock show up under "My Computer" as a removable drive? I do not remember what model of iRock we have for testing at JRiver, but whatever version it is, it shows up as a removable drive under "Handhelds" in v7 and "Devices" in v8. I will check the model on Monday, but can you check and see if you see the iRock under My Computer and respond in this thread?
