Title: Phantom of the Folders

In the last couple of builds of Media Center I have noticed that it creates, upon startup, three folders in the root of my C: drive: My Music, My Pictures, and My Videos.  I have gone through the options line by line but can find no way to turn this off.  I have'nt used My Anything in years.  It's no problem whatsoever, but it is a curiosity that sort of plagues me.

5. Fixed: The program could create unnecessary C:\My Music, C:\My Pictures, and C:\My Videos folders on run.
