As you may know, google blocks some countries to access android market like Iran
Finally I figured out how to access android market.
Google double checks the location by internet access and network operator.
So in order to access market from a blocked country
1) you should put your phone to flight mode because google checks your network operator
2) turn your wireless on (for internet of course), use a vpn located in a country which is not blocked(like Usa, Germany,...) because google checks your ip
Done
I know it's awfull to have your phone off but it's the only way worked for me yet.
