Title: MC not obeying regional settings

Today I imported some photos taken today.
I imported these into Media Center.

I then used the search wizard to search for photos with todays date.
The search returned zero results.

When I went back into the search
I then used the wizard and the date I had typed in had been converted to American format : mm/dd/yyyy rather than the little endian format we use dd/mm/yyyy
I've attached a screen shot showing the wizard and the date on my taskbar at the time.
I'm using build 171

I've just realised that If I change "Date" to "Date Created" then the search does work.  However the date textbox is still formatting incorrectly.

you can also use imported last x hours, i guess you know that..
