Title: Media Center 15.0.xxx -- Installer is going down after unpacking the data.

The problem my computer (XP Professional Service Pack 3) has: An update on build 171 doesn't work. The installer

crashes after unpacking the data (Installer.exex / jrimage.dll). A reinstallation of Media Center doesn't change

anything. When I try to install an earlier Build I get this message: 'This version is expired, please visit ...'. A

reinstallation of XP doesn't change anything. The Builds 142,159 and 171 crash after unpacking the data with a

reference to the jrimage.dll. Only the Build 150031 can be installed. After I have installed the older version I

receive the note that it is a too old version. Thank you for your support!

There is no known problem with the install package, so try getting a copy here:

http://www.jriver.com/download.html

171 is required now.  Uninstalling a previous version might help, but it's more likely to be a problem with something like a virus checker or other "security" program.
