How do I go about printing the MC15 manual from the wiki site. I searched for a print ALL or similar feature without  any luck....

using Firefox but have IE8 on machine

The easiest way to do it would probably be using IE and use the right click print target function.
May not be what you are looking for but it is easier than loading every page. I would use the print to pdf function though.
I compiled a page with links to the print friendly version of every page in the wiki from the all page list if you want to use that.
