Title: Image tagging interpolatability between MC and Adobe apps

Has anybody tried to manage their images in both MC and another program such as Lightroom or Bridge?

I am currently trying and the only thing coming into the adobe apps from MC is the keywords field. Perhaps somebody is using an intermediate step or app to aid the metadata exchange. If anybody has any useful advice it would be much appreciated.

Keywords and captions can go back and forth between Photoshop Elements and MC for me.  I'm pretty sure that MC doesn't store "ratings" in the file so that would not come across (fortunately, I don't use that).
