Title: HEEELP !!! w2k, aspi and settings

Hi there

I have had to re-install w2k, EZ 5.0 and MJ 7.280 after a system crash.

Now I have following problem:

an mp3 cd can be read and played with my cd-rom drive, but NOT correctly with my CD-RW drive(Yamaha CRW-6416S). In MJ it shows and plays only 8 files instead of 177 files.

Someone experienced the same and can help.

Only guessing here, but I have read of an incompatibility with Easy CD Creator 4.x and ASPI 4.6. I've also had problems with Norton Anti Virus because of some Adaptec program.

Have you tried the latest ASPI (4.71) from Adaptec?  It migh help with your situation.  Again, I'm just guessing, but it couldn't hurt.

After uninstalling EZ 5.0 and installing ASPI 4.71 and re-installing EZ 5.0 it works again.
