Title: File Not Supported on Synch to Android MyTouch 4g

Im trying to sync video files that i know for a fact are supported by my MyTouch 4g, yet when i sync, it tells me that "File Not Supported" and will not sync.
What do i need to do to fix this?
The file type is .MP4

This is not an ipod, this is an ANDROID. MyTouch 4G is an Android phone.
