Title: Runtime Error

I get this Error maybe 3 times a week? What can I do? Thanks in advance.

This is the error message:

Program...Program files\J River\Media Center.exe

This Application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please Contact the application's support team for more information.

Do you remember what you were doing when it last happened?

Do you have any m4a (Apple) files in your library?

What version are you using?  Are you using any third party plug-ins, etc?
