Title: How equalize audio for output to UPNP client

How to enable any plugin to handle audio for output to UPNP client?
For example, the sound equalizer.
I turn on it in plugin section, increase for example 1000Hz up to +10Db, but sound not changing.
My UPNP client is PSAudio PerfectWave DAC.

Currently the only DSP options in the DLNA server are Volume Leveling and Sample rate conversion. These are available when "Always Convert" is selected in the DLNA server options.
