They were doing some server upgrades yesterday I am sure it will be repaired soon or at least I hope cause I reference it almost daily.

The 66.17.84.102 address is normally as far as one can tracert. Still working on server upgrades. The MediaWiki is in the process. It's back now. It'll be up and down until I can get a better captcha working properly. Thanks for the heads up!
