Title: error restoring license

Have had 150174 installed but was having problems (separate post re freezing sending music to another device).

Wanted to go back to my original version installed, 150163, so uninstalled then re-installed the older version.
Came up that trial period had expired so went to restore license, entered my rego code and got Media Center16-146160.mjr, but the program rejects it saying Error restoring Media Center License : Unknown Error.

Pls help?

Perhaps you started the MC15 trial before this change and already had 171 or newer installed when you bought the license. The older builds do not work with the MC16 license.

If you have a separate older MC15 license and you have bought the MC16 upgrade you would need to use the old MC15 code.
