Title: Error - No tag information on the CD

I'm running Media Center 15.0.174.

I've noticed that Media Center gives me the no tag information on many CDs, yet all of these CDs work fine with plain old Windows Media Player.  I get full artwork and all of the other info on WMP.  I want to rip using FLAC which is natively supported by Media Center but not WMP.

Is there an option to address this in Media Center?

Tools >> Options >> General >> Online Metadata
make sure "Allow automatic CD lookup / submission" is checked
