Can MC16 be configured to run on a MAC Book Pro ?

If you boot windows.

I run MC on my Macbook all the time.  It works both under Bootcamp (rebooting to Windows) and under VMWare Fusion (virtual machine), though Fusion performance can be iffy, particularly with older versions of the VM.

Other options - Parallels Desktop ($), very similar to VMWare Fusion, and Oracle VirtualBox (free). The last one is slower but the price is unbeatable ;-)
