Title: How to move subtitles in movie player up and down?

Some widescreen movies have the subtitle displayed within the pictures area and not in the black bar below...

How can I move the subtitle down into the black footer bar area?

I tried it with the "ffdshow subtitle" filter and then it is possible, BUT then I have twice the subtitles on the screen, once within the movie and once outside - then I'd like to simply switch off the subtitle within the picture area.

Who can help?
