Title: Two Program Folders?

I was just copying visualizations/track info templates from

     C:\Program Files (x86)\J River\Media Center 15\Visualizations to
     C:\Program Files (x86)\J River\Media Center 16\Visualizations

when I noticed there is now a 3rd folder, created the same day I upgraded to v16:

     C:\Program Files (x86)\J River\Program Files\

It contains all the same info and sufolders as C:\Program Files (x86)\J River\Media Center 16\Visualizations

Is this a bug with the installer?
