Title: Registeration code not accepted

Hello ...  When I tried to register my MC , it said my registeration code was not recognized ....  I had to request a temporary restore code , and now have 9 left.   Does this mean I have to now use these temporary restore codes for the rest of my life ?  

This is not cool at all .... I want to be able to register the product I PAID FOR only once, and have it done.

Please advise

Possibilities are:

1.  Wrong version of software.  MC16 with an MC15 Registration Code, for example.
2.  Typo (use copy and paste)

Our servers were down for a while this morning.

Don't worry about running out of restores.  We can fix that.

Thank you .... I did use copy and paste, but it could be something else.  Will work it out later
