Title: Error when Restoring Library

I performed a backup of my Main Library

I created a new local library.

I tried to restore the backup to the new local library


It gives me an error: Unable to load user settings (user settings may not be available in the library backups that are too old).

I get this error whenever I try to restore a backup, even if the backup is less than one day old.

Using Mc 16.0.39

Restore of user settings won't work if the library backup is from a version older than MC15.

I get the error message on both MC15 and MC16 backups
