Title: compatibility with windows xp and wmp

it' impossible for me start jriver media center 15 because i try to change the skin like indicated but the program sopo itself suddenly
I'm italian and on my pc is installed windows xp professional 2002
please help me

Uninstall IE9RC if you have it.  See MS for instructions.

if IE9RC is Internet Explorer 9 I don't have it

XP will work.  Is it up to date?

What are you doing when MC quits?

nothing...
when I try to restart MC there a window that say: MC has detected that it did not shutdown correctly after it was last run. It is recommended thet you allow MC to reset some settings in an effort to prevent the problem from happening again
Action to take:
- use default window size, position, skin and startup view
- disable 3rd party plug-ins
- use default library
How can I do it?
