Title: Fail to play RTSP Stream

I would like to play a RTSP Stream (MPEG-TS) into JRiver

When I Open the url   http://mafreebox.freebox.fr/freeboxtv/playlist.m3u

I have the following error windows inside JRiver:
"Media center encoutered errors while trying to play the last several files.Please make sure that the path in your media library points to the right location"

Any idea how to solve this problem ?
