Title: MC16 can't play videos

Direct Show - "Pins cannot connect due to not supporting the same transport 0x80040266"

A search led to a post to MC15 having the same problem, and this in turn led to a complex page about CCCP pluggins, too complex.... Other players don't this so why does MC16 ?

Try installing CCCP.  You need the DirectShow filters it has.
