Title: Can't run the .exe (windows 7 64 bit)

I get an error message when I try to run the .exe. It says that the version of the file is not compatible with the version of windows iI am running. I am running win 7 home 64 bit.

It is compatible.  Did you try downloading again?  Disable any special downloading software.
