I just purchased a license over the net and cannot install it. When I double click on the file Media Jukebox8-****.mjr a dialog says "Registration Information Restored" and Netscape starts running trying to connect to http://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/install.cgi?x=**** and the connection fails.
Is the server really down or am I doing something wrong ?

Netscape or Internet Explorer, it does not matter... it just does not work.
Maybe a problem of connection / timing out due to a slow procedure on the registration app side. The server connection is OK since I have access to this forum...
I wish there were a place where to call !!..

Your license should be installed correctly (check help->about and make sure that it shows your name).
What is failing is the welcome page, and I don't know why.

Try reading the FAQ if you haven't. The purchase/license section explains everything.
