Title: "Gathering information and refreshing view"

Media Jukebox keeps crashing when I insert a new music cd and it attempts to resolve the cd.  I end up having to end the task which appears to corrupt the installation.  I am running NT 4 Workstation sp6 with IE 5.5 sp2, this doesn't happen at home on my Win2k sp2 box running IE 5.5 sp2.

Any Ideas?

Could be timing.  Try waiting a few seconds more between disks.  Shouldn't matter, but it may.

I think your right....after slowing down a bit it hasn't happened again...however your also right that it shouldn't matter when i pop the cd in.
