Hi
I am trying to configure mc2xml in Media Center (MC14-16 all have same issue).
I ensure correct country code - GB and correct postcode (my postcode).
I get this message in mc2xml.exe (whether this is run within MC14-16 or as a separate .exe)...
Error HT: -g
This means an error with zip/postcode right?
I try running US and a valid US zip code and it works fine.
So why isn't this working in UK please?

That sounds like an issue with mc2xml itself. Maybe it needs specific formatting (with or without a space, for example).

Maybe but then it works fine for the US zip. Anyone from the UK got this working recently please?
I've also tried using XMLTV GUI to grab some listings, which it definitely does and then tried loading those into MC. On the next screen MC just shows a total blank for XMLTV column and I can't go any further.
I have searched for and found DVB-T channels.

Mapping of XMLTV IDs to your channels may require some manual inputs. We attempt making automatic mapping only for ATSC TV and not for DVB-T because I do not know enough of your TV channel naming conventions.
Click each cell under XMLTV column to select an XMLTV ID that matches the TV channel. This only needs to be done once.
There was a bug fix in MC16.0.24 that corrected the wrong country code problem for United Kingdom. MC14 or MC15 would not work on that ground.

Thanks but I don't get any XMLTV IDs coming up.

Can you email me a sample XMLTV file? I am yaobing at jriver dot com
