Title: win7 and JRiver 15

Hello,
I'm curious as to configuring Win7(64 bit) and JRiver 15 to accomplish bit perfect playback. What settings need changing in each? I've recently begun listening more to hi rez downloads. I have an HRT streamer 2 DAC feeding a pair of 300B monoblocks  out to some Basszilla open baffle speaks (97 db sensitivity). Just wondering what path is best with these components.
