Title: Billed twice -- some assistance please

Hi having just received my credit card statement, I have been billed twice and in looking at the "purchase" FAQ it says :

"e-mail music at jriver" is not a precise e-mail address -- could someone give me the complete address please, so I can clear this up.
couldn't find it anywhere, maybe I missed the obvious??

We don't publish e-mail addresses since they get picked up for spam purposes.  But just add a dot com to the jriver.

A duplicate purchase happens if you back through the purchase page with your browser.
