If ever you cannot get a hit when you search for something in the J River Wiki, consider in what case you typed each of your search terms.
Let's say that you want to find help on DVD playback
If you went to the JRiver Wiki page http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Main_Page
and searched for dvd playback, you will get no hits. The response will be --> There is no page titled "dvd playback".
But if you search for DVD playback you will get a help page for DVD playback.
Okay, so that means the Wiki search function is case sensitive and doesn't like it if you type dvd in the string. It wants 'DVD' . I don't think it should have that requirement but that's beside the point.
Now run a search for DVD PLAYBACK ('DVD' is now caps). The response will be --> There is no page titled "DVD PLAYBACK".
So you think to your self "But I did capitalize 'DVD' " - right, but you also capitalized PLAYBACK and the Wiki didn't like that. ;D

One shouldn't have to think about this. Use google instead:

Now it all makes sense. Thanks Supersnake
