Title: MC Error when CD Lookup Fails on 16.0.49

When CD lookup fails, e.g, due to lack of network connection, the usual response in previous versions of MC is to name the CD tracks Track 1, Track 2. Track 3, etc.

With MC 16, the CD tracks after a failed lookup start at Track 2 and proceed upwards as before, but Track 1 is missing and can not be played.

There was no problem when the CD lookup succeeded on the same CDs where the error occurred.  The "proper" first track was present under its looked up name.

Is there a workaround or response for this odd behaviour?
