Title: Error playing Audible files

I am having difficulty playing audible files through J River Media Center 15. The files are recorded onto a smartphone which is attached via USB to my PC. On my primary PC, playing through J River Media Center 15 is no problem. There is no logon to Audible required.  On my secondary PC I am required to log onto my audible account after which I get an error message "audible error (-27)". Any idea what this means?
