Title: Trouble purchasing

Hi,

I am trying to purchase the software and it does not work. I always get "There's a problem with your information" and the credit card number and expiration is highlighted. I tried with different cards and still get the same problem.

Thanks for trying to purchase.  I'm sorry it's not working for you.  Our servers are working, so it's likely that the credit card is not being approved.  When that happens, we aren't given any reason.  You could try Paypal if you have an account, or you could wait.  Sometimes the cc servers are unavailable.
