Title: MC16 Crashing; Media Server unreliable

I've installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled MC 16.0.49.  The media server does not seem to be running correctly, as it is not seen by other computers. When I try to shut down MC 16 completely, it hangs. I cannot even shut it down in task manager. The only way out seems to be to reboot. I'm a longtime user of MC (since 8.0) but really don't know what I'm doing. Help appreciated.

Please try MC 16.063 from the top of this board.  If it's still a problem, post here:
