Title: Where is the Root of the Server?

I may be out to lunch here, but I'll ask...

I'm investigating the possibility of doing a "Gizmo" type of application for Windows Phone 7. THe development environment for the phone is Silverlight, and Silverlight won't do much in the way of calls without permission. Permission usually means dropping a clientaccesspolicy.xml file in the root of the web application.

 THe trouble is, I can't find the root folder for the JR Media server. Is it even possible?
