Title: Use of Replay Gain

I rip using dBpoweramp and stream from my PC via JRiver 16 to the Bridge in my PS Audio Perfect Wave DAC. My question is: Can I use the Replay Gain function on dBp through my J River to my DAC. Any ideas? Thanks
