Title: Television in theater view Mode

I would like to prompt the television channel in the programm number mode order into the theater view mode
Could you help me to set rule in the file display windows ( Tools=>  Option =>theaterview+

Ok I will try to translate my question in english  :)

What is the magic formula to set in the "Set rules for display" menu
in the  Tools => Options> Theater View => Television windows

in order to have the list of television programs ordered by the Channel Number in the theater view ??

If you are talking about the list of recordings, select Television in the Theater View Options, click "Add", and select "Library Item" (I think this is the correct selection).  Select the new item and click "Set rules for file display" at the bottom.  Select "Sort by"  in the Modify Results drop-down, click "Add | A-Z | TV Channel Number".  When you select the new item in Theater View then it should list the recordings by channel number.  If you are talking about the Program Guide I think you have to rename the channels so that alphabetically they give you the order you want.

I was talking about Live TV an The Program Guide as well, .. so no luck

Anyway thank for your interesting answer about the List of Recording section

As I said, you can rename channels in the Channel Setup and when I tried it before it reordered them in the Program Guide based on name (alphabetical).  So, it may be tedious but you should be able to rename the channels to get the order you want.  But isn't the channel number part of the default name so it should automatically order them by channel number?

Before going ahead and renaming all my channels so I can have them in the correct order in the guide, is this still the only way to get a custom order when using TV guide in theater view?
