Title: Sail.net and video streaming formats.

I am a very end user of JRiver and do not understand anything about formats and compatibility. I picked JRiver because it allows multi zone streaming.
About video, I am very much interrested in watching the www.sail.tv channels. Sail.tv announces that their channels can be streamed via the Roku system. Is that possible with JRiver? If so, what does it take to have Sail.tv along with netflix, hulu and youtube that I already have on JRiver? Thx!
