... including playlists?
Thanks.

This probably should be in the "Portables" forum, but for what it's worth, I have a Creative Zen Vision that I can sync with no problems including playlists.

I put it here because it is specific to MC16. I see no such section in the Portables forum. But I don't mind if a mod wants to move it.

Thanks, but I think the ZEN MX is more similar to the ZEN, on which incremental sync from each previous version of MC/MJ here has caused corruption.
Plus ZEN MX has MSC mode... on which other media programs fail to sync playlists, reportedly due to a requirement for names to be only DOS 8.3 format.
AFAICT MC does not have such a device option. :(
I don't know if ZEN MX has an MTP mode - but User Guide implies not.

Anyone, please?

I recently bought a Creative Zen Style M300 X-Fi 8GB player, and have a problem syncing the playlists from my MC to the device. Music copies OK, and the M3U playlists sync to the device's "Playlists" folder.
After I disconnect the device from MC and reconnect the MP3 player, it has created by itself another folder called "Playlist" and copied the recently synced playlists from "Playlists" ==> "Playlist" ==> but these copied playlists are empty. And so, the player only tells me that its playlists are indeed empty.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

NVMND, I chose "absolute paths" in my playlists instead of relative ones, and that seems to have worked.
