Title: Taskbar appearing in fullscreen because of MC16?

I installed the most current version of MC16 and when i went to play a video full screen, the taskbar kept appearing and the search bar that fades in at the top of the screen would not appear. once i exited MC, i could not click on ANY window for several minutes. this happed almost every time i tried to run MC16 full screen. i completely uninstalled with registry cleaner and used mc15 and the problem was completely gone. this problem also was happening in MC15 when MC16 was installed.
Am i the only one this is happening to?

If you have Haali installed, turn off the option for displaying their tray icon.

Pretty sure i do not have that unless it came with MC16
