Title: How to set up what to convert when filling my SD Card?

Hi guys,
how can i tell Media Center what to convert and what not?
For example. My device is able to read mp3 (as most :) but its not able to read ALAC or m4a.
How can i set this up?

Tools > Options > Handheld
Select your device in the dropdown list at the top.
Expand "files, paths & more".
Fill in the supported types with semicolons between the file extensions.  This may already be set up properly by default.
Expand "conversion".
Set Mode to "convert unsupported formats"
Set Encoder to "mp3 encoder"
