Title: Theater View in MC16 (with pictures)
Post by: JimH on May 04, 2011, 02:20:59 pm
MC16 has a customizable Theater View with many options.  It includes a 3D view called ShowRoom that can be flicked left and right on a touch screen.

This is ideal for use across the room when controlled by JRiver's Media Center Remote (http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Media_Center_Remote) or with Gizmo on Android (http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Gizmo).

I notice that the weather images/icons are missing for you too.  I know I saw them in Theater View before - any way to get them back?

Do you think Showroom will ever be able to be nested. I would ike to be able to drill down from the regular views to an artist, click on the artist and then have the Showroom show albums just from that artist.  Just curious...

my touchscreen (tablet) client computer (used to remote control the main media server) shows in Theater View in the 'Info' and 'List' panels old data of a previously played album or movie - not like on 'Playing Now' which is correct

thanks
