Title: Forum Tapatalk integration
Post by: park on May 06, 2011, 11:17:23 am: I wonder if you are open to the idea of registering this fourm on the Tapatalk network. I spend so much time on here it would be nice to be able to use the nice interface on the tapatalk android app. I checked and this underlying forum software is supported by their service.

The Latest => Unread menu is not working like in the other forums I am participating in. This menu shows nothing, while in other forums it shows (only) threads with unread messages - The Latest => All menu shows all threads (read or not) though. Is there perhaps a setting for this in the forum plugin or is it due to the fact that the other forums are using another underlying forum software?

Not sure, I'll check into it. SMF isn't as common as PHPBB, etc...

OK, thanks for looking into it. It is really handy to be able to take part in the forums from the iPad/iPhone app.

Nope. At least not the same way as for forums with other forum software. In those forums I see under that menu all unread posts from all threads in the entire forum (the forum named Logitech Squeezebox Forum in Tapatalk is one example). In the Interact forum I can under that menu now see nothing, but I think I have seen unread messages there before but only from threads I have started, replied or subscribed to (i.e. unread messages that also show up under Latest=>Participated together with read posts in those threads).
