I've looked pretty hard for this as well as done tests, and it seems that MC does not write the ratings to the field that Windows uses for ratings. If that's correct, this creates a pretty big interoperability issue for me with other applications that use the ratings field as a filter (as well as Adobe Bridge, Lightroom, etc.)
Can JR look into writing the ratings inside files (at least the types that Windows stores ratings for) just like it does with MP3s?
